You can lay blame on the U.S. all you want for going into Iraq completely on a psychopathic whim but for the love or all that is good an rational when insurgents blow up their own countrymen because they spotted a weakness in security blame the insurgents. The government began to take down the concrete barriers that would prevent this type of attack. Probably thinking that since the U.S. has moved out of the capital and turned over control or security to Iraqi officials, that their own countrymen wouldn’t butcher people trying to rebuild their devestated nation.
